Carpe Diem product is design for a complete matching and coordinated look. Our product is handmade pewter finish made in the U.S.A. We offer matching bath for selected collections. RETURNS Before returning any merchandise, please contact our Customer Service Dept. at 888-431-1664 for Return Authorization and for instructions. Please have your Purchase Order number and date of delivery on hand when calling. Any merchandise found to be defective should be returned within 5 days of its receipt. Please be sure to include a copy of your Packing Slip and a description of the defect with any return. Non-defective merchandise may be returned (freight prepaid) for credit within 30 days from invoice date less a $20.00 or 20% restocking charge, whichever is higher. Please be advised that the Cache’ and the Villa Nova collection, to include Cabinet Hardware, Bath Hardware and Accessories, are a non returnable product. No exchanges, credit or refunds will be given. If you receive a damaged shipment (Damage Goods) or when Carpe Diem has determined that a Cache’ or Villa Nova item is defective it will be replaced. Returns without RA# or over 30 days from invoice date will not be accepted. And remember to insure the parcel. You will be responsible for any losses if you forget to do so.
WARRANTY All merchandise produced by Carpe Diem is made by hand in the U.S.A. Each design and product reflects the techniques and hand applications involved in producing truly unique pieces. Carpe Diem warranties product to be free from defects in workmanship and material. When Carpe Diem has determined that a product is defective, it will be replaced. At Carpe Diem’s discretion, a credit may be offered instead of replacement. Carpe Diem’s liability is limited to the cost of the defective product. No other warranty is expressed or implied.
LIABILITY The customer shall test and verify the suitability of the product for intended use. No warranty for intended or unintended use is made. Carpe Diem’s only obligation is replacement or credit for product proven defective. Carpe Diem has no control over end product sold or installation procedures used. No warranty expressed or implied. All material must be inspected before installation.
